Free trial terms and conditions for SBI Insight

Trial process: Upon completion of the free trial request the form will be submitted for review to SBI.

When details have been confirmed a link will be sent to your (The trial form applicant) email address​

The email will contain a user name and password to gain access to the 'Standard' version of SBI Insight

Upon first time entry to the application a two week trial will begin

A 'Go Live' option will be present throughout the trial which will direct you to the website SBI Insight packages

Trial period: 2 Weeks

Eligibility: A valid email address not associated with spam or a major email provider may be used
​

Cancellation: There are no fees associated with the trial and no cancellation is required
​

Billing: How payment will be handled, and when billing will occur after the trial period ends

Liability: The user is not liable for any damages made a
​

Service level agreement: Free trials will not be supported or bug fixed during the trial.

Help: All help options will be available including - Documents (PDF), Onboarding walkthroughs and Help Videos

Free trial terms and conditions can be included in the main Terms and Conditions document, or in a separate Free Trial Terms and Conditions document. The separate agreement usually references the main Terms and Conditions agreement.
Terms and conditions can be linked in the footer of a website or mobile app, as this is a static area that visitors expect to see the link.
