£99 Performance Snapshot

1. What the Snapshot is

The £99 Performance Snapshot is a fixed-price, one-off operational review provided by SynergiseBI.

The purpose is to help identify where performance may be drifting across areas such as margin, costs, capacity, customers, products, jobs, locations, delivery, service performance or workload.

The Snapshot is based on the data provided by the client.

2. What is included

The £99 Snapshot includes:

  • Review of a sample operational dataset provided by the client.

  • A simple performance summary showing key areas of interest.

  • Identification of potential issues, trends or areas for review.

  • One summary output, usually provided as a PDF, image, spreadsheet summary or short written report.

  • One short follow-up email or call to explain the findings.

3. What is not included

The £99 Snapshot does not include:

  • Full system implementation.

  • Live dashboards or ongoing reporting.

  • Data cleansing beyond what is reasonably needed for the sample review.

  • Integration with live systems.

  • Financial, legal, tax, audit or investment advice.

  • A guarantee that all issues in the business will be identified.

  • Ongoing consultancy unless agreed separately

4. Data required

The client is responsible for providing suitable data for the Snapshot.

This may include spreadsheets, exports, reports or sample data relating to areas such as sales, customers, jobs, products, costs, delivery, locations, capacity or performance.

The quality and usefulness of the Snapshot depends on the completeness, accuracy and structure of the data supplied.

5. Data accuracy

SynergiseBI will use reasonable care when reviewing the data, but the client remains responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

Any findings should be treated as indicative operational insight, not as audited financial results.

6. Confidentiality

SynergiseBI will treat client data and business information as confidential.

SynergiseBI will not share, publish or disclose the client’s data or Snapshot findings to third parties without the client’s permission, unless required by law.

7. NDA option

If requested, SynergiseBI can sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before receiving data.

Alternatively, SynergiseBI can provide a simple Snapshot NDA covering:

  • confidential business information;

  • operational data;

  • customer, product, job or cost data;

  • Snapshot outputs and findings;

  • restrictions on disclosure;

  • return or deletion of data after the review.

8. Personal data

Where possible, the client should avoid sending unnecessary personal data.

If personal data is included in the dataset, the client remains responsible for ensuring it has a lawful basis to share that data with SynergiseBI.

Where SynergiseBI processes personal data on behalf of the client, the parties may need a data processing agreement or data processing clauses in line with UK GDPR requirements.

9. Data security

SynergiseBI will take reasonable steps to protect data provided for the Snapshot.

Data will only be used for the purpose of preparing the Snapshot unless otherwise agreed.

10. Data retention and deletion

Unless otherwise agreed, SynergiseBI will delete or return the client’s source data within 30 days of completing the Snapshot.

SynergiseBI may retain anonymised or aggregated learning points, provided they do not identify the client, its customers or commercially sensitive details.

11. Payment

The Snapshot fee is £99 plus VAT if applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due before work begins, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

12. Turnaround

SynergiseBI will aim to complete the Snapshot within an agreed timeframe after receiving suitable data.

Any quoted turnaround time depends on receiving usable data and any required clarification from the client.

13. Client approval

The client is responsible for reviewing the Snapshot output and deciding what action, if any, to take.

The Snapshot is intended to support decision-making, not replace management judgement.

14. Limitation of liability

SynergiseBI’s liability for the Snapshot is limited to the fee paid for the Snapshot, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

SynergiseBI is not liable for business decisions, losses or actions taken by the client based on the Snapshot, except where caused by SynergiseBI’s negligence or breach of these terms.

15. Follow-on work

Any work beyond the £99 Snapshot, including further analysis, dashboards, implementation, integrations, automation or ongoing reporting, will be quoted and agreed separately.
