What is a Synergise Performance Insight - Free Demo?Upon completion of a short form, a demo or free integration to the SPI application will be emailed to you. The trial form asks for a few essentials which includes 'Industry Sector' this is used to provide a SPI demo link relevant to your companies data and therefore provide a more useful experience. This will give a overview of the SPI software and allow the user to get a 'feel' for the capabilities.

How do i get help?SBI provides a number of help options. • Within the application there is extensive documentation accessed via the "?" icon. • The interactive help tool is activated via the toolbar "i" and also within the page wherever an "i" is found. • This tool allows the user to click through a wizard which will comment on each section of the page and explain how it works • The application contains a variety of videos. From the overall application introduction videos to individual videos per pages. • SBI are available via phone support please see the Applications Settings cog for information

How does my data get into the SBI appYour Data is loaded via the Admin client using data import wizards or manually via an import page (The more advanced user can control multiple aspects of data loads) Data can exist in multiple formats including txt, CSV, JSON, TXT etc. Our Admin wizards can decipher this data and helps massage it into the required format for SPI models.

How do I decide on what Measures to use?This will depend on your companies industry type and the data you are using in the application. Our Measure dropdowns will suggest Measures for each industry sector. You can then use these or add your own. A Measure (Key performance indicator) should be a metric which relates to your data i.e Profit, Sales Revenue, Employee Turnover, Social Media Engagement statistics

What is the role of an SBI Admin?An administrator has total control over the data that the user views within the web application. An admin controls the following • Application data content • Load frequencies • Security (Access rights, passwords etc) • Manual data imports • Create/Amend users

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
